iValut Privacy Policy

iValut ("we", "us", "our") operates the iValut.net website and the internal Telegram bots used by our team for business development and CRM management ("Service"). This privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

From Google OAuth

When team members authorize iValut to access their Google Workspace, we request these scopes:

• Google Sheets — to read and write CRM and BD pipeline data stored in our team spreadsheets.
• Google Drive (metadata only) — to locate the specific spreadsheets used by our internal tools.
• Google Calendar — to create and read meeting events (optional, only when scheduling automation is enabled).
• Gmail (modify) — to send listing-outreach emails on behalf of authorized senders (only when explicitly triggered).

We do not read, store, or share any personal Gmail content beyond what is required to send a single outbound email triggered by the team member.

From Telegram

The Telegram bots store:

• Telegram user ID and display name (for action attribution and access control).
• Messages sent to the bots (used by the AI for short-term context, kept ≤ 30 minutes).

How We Use Information

• Authenticate team members via Google OAuth.
• Read and update internal CRM/BD data in our own Google Sheets.
• Send outreach emails to public listing-team addresses of cryptocurrency exchanges, only when explicitly requested by an authorized team member.
• Log actions for audit and undo (≤ 500 most-recent actions retained).

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties. Data is stored on infrastructure under our control (VPS in Amsterdam) and within Google Workspace owned by iValut.

Data Retention

• Action audit log: last 500 entries per bot.
• Chat history for AI context: 30 minutes sliding window per user.
• Email send log: retained indefinitely (we log only the fact of sending, recipient address, and timestamp).

Your Rights

If you are an iValut team member and want your access revoked or your data removed, contact: info@ivalut.work.

Limited Use Disclosure

iValut's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
