iValut Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the iValut internal Telegram bots and related Google Workspace integration.

Eligibility

Access to the Service is limited to authorized iValut team members. The bots maintain a whitelist of Telegram user IDs; unauthorized users receive no response.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communication via the email-sending features.
• Attempt to access data belonging to users outside the authorized iValut team.

Google Workspace Integration

The Service integrates with Google Workspace via OAuth. By granting access, you allow the Service to read and write data in your authorized scopes (Sheets, Drive metadata, Calendar, Gmail send-only). You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings.

Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of CRM data, or successful delivery of outbound emails.

Liability

iValut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid (if any) in the preceding twelve months — which for this internal Service is zero.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
